As you guys already know, I'm obsessed with inspirational quotes! I just love them, they make my day a little brighter and remind me that, no matter what, things can always get better.

On wishing, hoping and dreaming

I tend to be the kind of person that tries hoping for the best, even when it seems pointless. Like, for example, last week when my car broke down. Sometimes, my mom and boyfriend lose their patience because they think I'm daydreaming too much or have lost my mind. I, on the other hand, think that there's no other way I could live. We already know that the worst can happen, so why not hope for the best? Why not believe that things can be ok even if it seems impossible? It has worked for me so far. =)

Special Occasions... Weddings and whatnot

Every now and then, we find ourselves being a part of social events that are different to what we're normally used to. They require a certain etiquette and behaviour to your usual social routine. During these events, you talk to people you haven't seen in ages, and what's most important: you have to step outside of your comfort zone in order to share this time with 'new people'. What does this have to do with anything? It makes you understand just how unique every person in the world is.
